What a week it has been for the Calthorpe's. On Wednesday, Chris, Carolyn and Archie welcomed their baby girl, Ruby May to the world and to top things off they were yesterday celebrating the win of Inaura at Geelong. "These are they type of days that keeps me doing what I do – it doesn't get any better than training a winner for a mate" beamed Dan. "And Luke (Currie) and I have had success together it the past, so it was great to get him back on board too".
Inaura had a terriffic run throughout the race and on the turn looked the threat, with her winning convincingly at large odds. The Air Horse Transport sydnicate & co-owners Laurie and Jenny Hammond also raced Inaura's dam, Bahamian Star who was a city winner and Group 2 placed.
