noun

  1. 1.

a person who actively opposes or is hostile to someone or something
Heading to Geelong yesterday, our team were confident that “Benny” was ripping order and should easily win, with the race being the same distance, same track and same jockey as his last start win.  He’s a big horse, so a rise in weight shouldn’t be a big issue……Except we are dealing with “Benny” who is almost famous for his mid-race antics.
With another gem ride from Johnny Allen our goofball delivered an almost identical win, giving us a small indication that he may have finally grown up and agreed to our way of thinking!
We are thrilled to deliver back-to-back win for his ownership group and great to have his managing owner and breeder, April Matthews and son Harrison on course for the celebrations.
