A big thrill for us yesterday as five year old, Fine Embers returned to the winners stall for the second time this preparation.
He won two races as a three year old, but the following preparation, just didn’t seem to come up. Not giving up, Dan and The Monish Family gave him a good spell and this time around have tried their best to keep him fresh while getting enough fitness work for racing over longer distances.
“Frankie” is a bit of a favourite with most of our team with his pleasant nature and good looks and it appears he is appreciating his personalised training regime.
Well done to our dedicated team who leave no stone unturned in attempt to get the best out of our equine family.
