After a couple of recent placing’s in town, Arties Dreamwinner notched up another win in very convincing fashion at our home track of Ballarat this afternoon.
Had she won either of the Sandown races, we may have been marking the highlighted section of the calendar over the coming weeks, but instead it was decided to get her back winning and then re-assess her plans.
She jumped quickly, and lead all the way with Linda Meech on board, kicking away over the final stages. Another perfect ride.
It was fantastic to get another win with this mare, who now may now join the big list of horses aiming at the VRC Country Cup Series on Oaks Day, or depending on her next performance, a black type mare’s race!
