Happy Birthday From Blu

Aug 1, 2020

It’s officially all horse’s birthday and the beginning of new racing year, so how wonderful that Blunakka has marked the speical day with a win!

Stepping up to his preferred distance of 1600m at his third run for the campaign, the team went in today’s race at Donald fairly confident.  “He has been reunited with Jarrod Lorensini this preparation, and I don’t know what it is, but these two (horse and jockey) just click” Dan reported post race. “It’s great for Jarrod and it’s fantastic for this fun bunch of owners”.

Referred to as “Blu” or “Nakkas”  this lovely boy is becoming a handy little horse for his connections.

We enjoy nothing more than providing winners for our owners, so here’s hoping today’s win is sign for good things this new racing year!
