The team kicked off Geelong Cup Day with a win with Greg Galt’s six year old mare, Way Up High
Our stable apprentice jockey, Jaylah Kennedy, reported that they didn’t jump as well as usual, and when the pace was not ideal for our mare’s style of racing, Jaylah made the brave move to join the leader and make it a true staying test.
Our girls were the fittest and toughest over the 2400m, delivering this mare’s fifth career win for her proud owner and breeder!
Congratulations Greg and great ride Jaylah!
