Blu wins again

Blu wins again

Jericho Cup Day at Warrnambool is all about honouring our WWI heroes so it was rather fitting that our own little soldier, Blunakka took out his seventh career win at the meeting.

This fellow can really mix his form, but when placed right, the conditions suit and he gets a decent tempo in front he gives connections plenty to be proud of.

“He can hard to place, with BM64’s often a bit tough for him so back to a BM58 and that was a good win today” trainer Dan reported post race. “Jarrod gave him a terrific ride and it’s just great to get a win for his owners – they’re locals and allround good people”.

We have the Burrumbeet Cup on the radar again for our “Blu” so he may only have one more run between now and New Year’s Day.
